| Post-grouting technology is a new type of foundation treatment technology, the application of Post-grouting technology, which can improve the bearing capacity of bored piles, reduce the settlement, which can reduce the diameter and length,number of bored piles, at the same time, it also can shorten the construction period, to save investment, which have significant social benefits and economic benefits, the application prospect of Post-grouting technology is very extensive.At first,this paper simply introduces the developing history, the concept, the classification of the Post-grouting technology of bored piles, and then discusses and analyzes the mechanism of mechanics and chemistry of Post-grouting technique and the various factors which influence the bearing capacity of the post grouting bored piles.On this basis, this paper emphatically analyzes and discusses the key technology in the construction about the Post-grouting technique, such as the construction process,the common problems in the construction and the corresponding countermeasures, and quality inspection methods about the Post-grouting technique.At last it further discusses the construction process and the methods which determine the process parameters with a project case, namely, the application of the post grouting technique in bored piles of the Capital Airport Expansion Construction Projects in north taxiing road. And in the project case, four piles are chosen to carry out the static load test, based on the analysis of experimental results, the effect of Post-grouting technique is verified to improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation and reduce the settlement of pile foundation. The result of the project case shows that, the method of construction technology and quality control system which are adopted in this paper ensures to achieve the goals which optimize and unify the time limit, quality and cost etc. |
