Under the commission of the Projet of Transport Science of ShanDong(2005Y017)and the Projet of Transport Science of HuNan(200706),on the basis of previous research and design code of some countries and combining model test data, the dissertation presented the property of buckling for pre-stress concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel webs. The main works involved in this research are as follows. It analyzes the effect of parameters of size to the local buckling, global buckling, and interactive buckling via the theoretical research of the change of size parameters of pre-stress concrete composite box and it drew the conclusion that the property of pre-stress concrete composite box is not sensible to the size parameters. The critical buckling stress functions for corrugated steel web were based on the energy method and quasi-orthotropic plate method. The thesis reviews the development process and calculation methods in current literature for the strength of local buckling, global buckling, and interactive buckling, analyzing the gear buckling property and drawing the calculation method of buckling resistance of corrugated steel webs, i.e. only taking local buckling and global buckling into consideration when designing. By reviewing current experimental results, the thesis concludes the formula of buckling strength of corrugated steel webs.According to current experimental results both home and abroad, having analyzed formulas of local buckling strength of corrugated steel webs in US and Europe practice and comparing the result from practice and that calculated from formula, the thesis verifies the correctness and applicability of semi-experimental formula for local buckling strength of corrugated steel webs.
