With the western development strategy and the gradual the rapid development of highways, large amounts of Bridge and Tunnel Mountain Highway mileage-based increases each year as a road tunnel lighting system to ensure safe passage of vehicles makes the tunnel lighting, while the high operating expenses no less. At present, the Western Han Dynasty highway tunnel in operation up to tens of millions of electricity, the tunnel operation and management of the "safety and energy conservation" has become an important management issue be solved.Based on the project of Xi'an-Hanzhong highway unnel lighting system energy of the background, tunnel lighting control sub-system structure and control program were optimized. Firstly, taking the You Fangping tunnel (365 meters), the 1 # Qinling tunnel (6105 meters), the Dragon King Lake tunnel(1143 meters), Liangxin tunnel (3360 meters), etc. four different lengths,as examples a detailed analysis on the present situation of Xi'an-Hanzhong highway tunnel lighting system was done, and problems in tunnel lighting system were proposed. Then, the brightness outside the cave, illumination inside the cave, the electrical power distribution system parameters and the tunnel and traffic data were collected from four typical tunnel lighting systems. The rationality and optimization was analyzed and assessed. Finally, the structure of four typical tunnel lighting systems and control program have been optimized, and energy saving effect of the tunnel lighting systems before and after optimization were analyzed.Articles by Xi'an-Hanzhong highway tunnel lighting system optimization settings and control scheme improves the power of energy efficiency, reduce operating expenses tunnel lighting system for the future of the tunnel lighting control system has a very good reference value.
