| As an important part of the highway,the number of tunnels is increasing,and with the rapid development of China’s highway,the operating cost of highway tunnel lighting is becoming more and more pressure every year,and the price is gradually rising,the use of new energy-saving lighting technology is imminent.At present,most of the tunnels still use the traditional electro-optical lighting,after the survey found that there are many areas in China have good sunlight resources,the direct use of sunlight to achieve the lighting technology inside the tunnel came into being.The technology conforms to the concept of green transportation development in China,is a high-quality development path for China to realize the "double carbon" policy and "transportation power",reduce energy loss,is the bottleneck problem of China’s "double carbon" development,make full use of the solar energy resources in the location of the project,and provide a solution to the energy consumption problem of China’s highway tunnel.In highway short tunnel traffic safety,the problem that the visual difference between inside and outside the tunnel is too large and the driver is not suitable should be solved.The use of sunlight lighting technology to direct sunlight outside the tunnel to the tunnel,to solve the problem of excessive visual difference,but also reduce the tunnel operating costs.This paper designs a new type of solar reflection lighting technology and solar fiber lighting technology on the basis of predecessors,and proposes a new lighting application scheme of "solar reflection lighting + solar fiber lighting".According to this scheme,a series of safety and energy saving issues are studied and the following work is completed:Based on the analysis of the application and development status of solar lighting at home and abroad,there are few studies on "solar reflection lighting + solar fiber lighting" in the field of highway short tunnels.Through geometric optical theory and mechanical design,a new solar reflection lighting system and an automatic tracking solar fiber lighting system are developed.The structural scheme of direct sunlight lighting system for short tunnel is determined.In view of the insufficient efficiency and safety performance of the system,the efficiency and safety of the reflection lighting system and the optical fiber lighting system were respectively studied.The self-designed optical fiber coupling head was used to improve the system’s utilization efficiency of sunlight,and the optical fiber taillights with secondary light distribution were used to solve the glare problem of drivers in the tunnel.Dialux software was used to simulate the installation,projection direction and projection position of reflection lighting and optical fiber lighting,and then the number of equipment was determined according to the lighting design requirements of highway short tunnel.Finally,the application scheme of fiber optic taillights projecting 20° in the middle of the road and reflecting lighting projecting the inner wall of the right side is determined.The illumination of the road surface is greater than the 697 lx required by the design,which ensures the tunnel driving lighting requirements.Combined with the laboratory test and the field effect test based on the project,the application of this technology can improve the lighting effect of the tunnel entrance section by more than 65.4%,and the economic benefit of this technology and the traditional tunnel lighting design scheme is compared,and the cost can be saved by more than 33%.It is proved that the technology has great energy-saving benefit in the field of highway tunnel. |
