Ejector with many significant advantages such as energy-saving effect of a good, simple structure, low cost, convenient for operation and maintenance, are widely used in various industrial fields. However, the theory study and working-process research for the machine are slowly developed due to the complicated inside flow field of ejector and the deficient theory study of Hydrodynamics. Currently, the design of the ejector has not yet viable formula but mainly rely on the experience and repeated experiment.In order to improve the efficiency of the air ejector in the liquid ring vacuum pump, This dissertation adopts the fluid analytical software-ANSYS CFX to realizethe numerical analysis on the three-dimensional flow field and working-process of air ejector. this paper show the essence of CFD method:the elements,the governing equation,the discretization,the area discretization,onflow equation,the result finding process of discretization equation and so on. Detailedly analysis the internal flow field of the air ejector such as pressure, density, velocity and temperature. Further understand the performance of the ejector mechanism of a change in the intrinsic. The careful observation of flowing phenomenon and special statusinside ejector and the generation of surging wave.The configuration of ejector also plays a crucial part to capability. with the advantages of CFD, it shows the influence of configuration to ejector performance by adjusting the figuration and dimension of each part of ejector.The result of simulation proves that it is effective to enhance the working efficiency of ejector by optimizing the configuration of the machine.Research the liquid ring vacuum pump unit through experiment and obtain the air ejector performance curve. Compare the results of simulation and experiment to further validate the accuracy and feasibility of numerical simulation.
