As people the most important diseases of the road ---- rutting hazard awareness, have taken different measures to address this problem, such as: use of a hard wear-resistant acid stone, or the use of coarse particle size reduction asphalt binder content. These methods but increased the production of road to another disease, namely: surface water damage. The current capacity of asphalt pavement resistance to water loss of more and more attention to highway practitioners, the harm caused by water damage is huge.Asphalt pavement is a mixture of asphalt and aggregate a collection, analysis of pavement because of water damage can be seen, asphalt pavement in the rainy season, the case of alternating freezing and thawing, water penetrated between the asphalt and aggregate interface, making bond strength weakened further since the hydrodynamic effect, makes the film completely stripped of asphalt, water damage to occur, the specific performance on the road is pockmarked face, out grain, loose, and pits. These phenomena seriously affect road usage and greatly increased the cost of repair and maintenance, the failure mode to solve the road is to fundamentally enhance the asphalt and aggregate bond strength between. Practical projects, adding anti-stripping agent is a simple and effective methods.In order to evaluate the role of anti-stripping agent, part of the evaluation were divided into asphalt and some asphalt; the asphalt part, one more before and after adding anti-stripping agent, pitch high and low temperature changes, using asphalt softening point, low temperature ductility, viscosity bitumen index to characterization; contrast film and then after the short-term aging of the indicators to evaluate the resistance of asphalt stripping agent on the aging properties of asphalt.
