Improve the aerodynamic performance of wind turbine blades is the bases to develop a major large-scale wind power equipment. Wind turbine blades is one of the most important part, well-designed wind turbine blades can receive a higher efficiency and greater use of wind energy and meanwhile it is cost-effective. Fan performance test is to change the fan operating conditions, measured test data, calculate fan performance parameters. The tests for the new product development and fan selection are critical. At present, most of our fan performance test mainly manual, test backward, large amount of labor and test results are not accurate and so on. This advanced measure and control technology, sensor technology, test technology and improved calculation can get the optimum impeller design.Measurement and control platform through the establishment of the wind tunnel to study the fan performance, which can simulate the nature conditions. Can significantly shorten the research cycle, and saving of time, manpower and material resources. Reference based on the research at home and abroad, developed a kind of the most efficient use of wind energy, excellent performance of the fan system for practical, large-scale overtaken ready.In this paper, using revised two-disk multi-stream management Mass model efficiency vertical axis wind turbines, the output power to do theoretical calculations, on the fan performance parameters of the wind energy utilization, output power, thereby we can develop a reliable projection; with the software on the fan blades simulation, analysis NACA series leaves of the force, such as wind energy utilization in Simulation Performance, then we select the object for comparison of two blades made H-fan; design and production of leaves, with torque, speed sensor output impeller torque, speed with SCM C language programming on the pulse counting procedures, digital display program and the read and write MCU programs, collected at any time in the wind tunnel fan speed, torque, and other performance parameters; install the brushless DC motor to achieve energy conversion, monitoring the output voltage and current and obtain the output power generated by the impeller; Finally, experimental results obtained with the theoretical results and make analysis and comparison to verify the accuracy of theoretical calculation, and explain the reasonableness of fan design, production reliability and efficiency of the structure .Research and develop of the wind tunnel test data acquisition and analysis section, enabling the automatic monitoring of parameters, test data, often dealing with, easy to operate, fully functional advantages. During the test pilot process will increase the stability, to avoid the human reading error, calculation error and the data can also record the test results caused by the deviation, the measurement accuracy and test efficiency, meet the teaching, research the trial requirements; designed to achieve the vertical axis of the fan impeller impeller itself, the largest wind energy use efficiency, with the starting wind speed, output power and so on. Designed to meet the desired objective fan can put a small wind and solar street lamps in use, up to a certain practical purposes, during the draw a lot of valuable data for future large scale vertical axis turbines provide an important basis.
