Wind power industry in the rapid development of various countries,in order to better use of wind energy,wind turbine aerodynamic performance research is very important.Wind tunne l test has a very obvious advantage in many aspects,becaus e of its outstanding advantages in many aspects.We have been in the research and development of better add accessories,improve the lift of the airfoil,reduce resistance;research the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine,so that it has a higher power factor.First of all,on the airfoil surface attachment effect on aerodynamic performance of airfoil is studied through wind tunnel experiment,roughness,roughness and the Green effect of leading edge flaps on the airfoil aerodynamic characteristics.With sandpaper,emery,PC pipe are made of ZZ type with rough,rough front belt,Green flap.Paste it in the airfoil suction surface distance from the leading edge of the 5% string strengths;leading edge,the pressure side trailing edge,and then respectively,the experiment.The experimental results show that the rough belt can reduce the aerodynamic performance.The leading edge roughness has great influence on the surface flow separation.When the angle of attack is more than 12 degrees,the small roughness can improve the aerodynamic performance.The installation position of Green is close to the trailing edge flap and better effect of different serrated Green flap aerodynamic performance is basically the same.Secondly,the aerodynamic performance of N RELPhase VI wind turbine is studied by wind tunne l test.Experiments were carried out at the condition that the tip speed ratio was 7 and 8.The test results show that the torque and power increase with the wind speed.The maximum power factor of different tip speed ratio corresponds to different wind speed.And through the CFD simulation test results,the calculation results show that the torque,power factor trend is consistent with the experimental value,but the calculated value is greater than the experimental value.Finally,the aerodynamic performance of Glasfiber wind turbine is studied.The experimental results show that under the condition of constant torque,the wind speed increases,the power becomes larger,but the power coefficient becomes smaller.In the process of rapid change pitch,the pitch angle of the same conditions,the pitch angle increases in speed than the pitch at the Jian Xiaozhong speed.
