Barrier-Free Design is concept that provides necessary social security of living, travelling and equally participating social affairs for the children, the elderly and disabled. Enhancing the construction of accessibility is a behavior respecting human rights, a representation of moral development, while it is also an important flag of a nation's material civilization and spiritual civilization.With the national strength strengthened, China have increasing chance to host international games for the disabled, thus more barrier-free facilities in sports Venuses have to make a adjustment to adapt the development. Based on the on-the-spot investigations, this articles analyzed the situation of the barrier-free reconstruction about gyms and stadiums in GuangZhou. It review the experiences of accessibility upgrading about existing sports venues facing the requirements of APG (AsianParaGames) or other games in the same class. Moreover the essay give advice and make suggestions in this particular situation, in order to provide references for the barrier-free design in a new sports venues planning.
