The Reformation Strategy Study Of Guangzhou Haixinsha After The Asian Games

In November27,2010, as the sixteenth Asian Games perfectly ending, GuangzhouHaixinsha is for its age of "Post the Asian Games". After the Asian Games, the renovationproject of Guangzhou Haixinsha attracted lots of controversy, such as "Temporary becomePermanent Building" and "Park became Commerce". Every new project affects the publicattention.In this background, through the collection of the data of Guangzhou Haixinsha after theAsian Games, including field survey, interview, questionnaire survey, design drawing analysis,the author has achieved large number of the design data which has firstly disclosed and thefirst hand data. The author has analyzed and studied with relevant theory and case, thetransformation strategy of Guangzhou Haixinsha after the Asian games, hoping that theHaixinsha problem analysis rational science, to provide a reference point for Haixinshareconstruction plan.The innovation of the research is System scientifically to put forward Sports Park as atransformation strategy of Haixinsha after the Asian Games.Firstly, the research has made clear the social background and academic background, andhas determined the research object, scope, content, and has put forward the purpose andsignificance of research, then the research methods and research framework have beendesigned.Secondly, in the stage of relevant theoretical and case study, the author has focusedon the domestic and foreign transformation experience after the Olympic venues, and somerelated theory of sports park design; Then the author has introduced theories including CentralPlace theory, Open Architecture theory, architectural heritage protection and the EnvironmentPsychology theory, and discusses the significance to Haixinsha transformation; At last, twocases have been presented as examples.Thirdly, through the design data collected from the related designers, the author hasdiscussed the development course of Guangzhou Haixinsha before/in/after the Asian Games,and have pointed out the current controversy that Haixinsha faced.The fourth stage included the research on the users of subject and object (Haixinsha).The research on the users included the masses of the people of Haixinsha, the designerinterviews and investigation of other designers. Investigation and analysis of the presentstatus of Haixinsha included five aspects problems such as Asian Games heritage, format, urban design, architecture renovation, sustainable development.Fifthly the author has put forward the principle, target and design concept of Haixinshatransformation, and on this basis, systematic studied the city and architecture design pattern.Finally, through the above elaboration and analysis, the author has put forward theprospects and problems of Haixinsha’s strategy transformation.
