Anti-skid Regulation(ASR) is a kind of automobile electronic equipment that used in driving or accelerating of vehicle, which can control automobile driving wheels'skid to enhance the automobile driving performance and traffic safety. In this dissertation, the development at home and abroad, the basic principles and structure of Anti-skid Regulation were briefly described; the control theory of Anti-skid Regulation was discussed. The vehicle's control forms, control strategies and control algorithms of ASR and the application in the ASR of PID Control Algorithm, Fuzzy-PID Control Algorithm and the Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control Algorithm and the selection of parameters of PID Control Algorithm and the Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control Algorithm were focused introduced.In this dissertation, ASR mathematic models were provided according to the 6820 bus. Such as: vehicle model, engine model, transmission model, wheels model and brake system model. In the paper, the Theoretical simulation model was set up under the environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK and the controller models were also created according to different operating conditions. Such as: PID Control Model, FUZZY-PID Control Model and the Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control Model. different control algorithms were used in this mathematic model according to different operating conditions of low low-friction road(friction coefficient of 0.2) and off road(friction coefficient of 0.2-0.8) under the environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK, different control methods were used according to different operating conditions. The results are compared and analyzed and the Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control Algorithm was proved to be correct. Three kinds of control theory have been proved to be correct through the comparison of the results between the no controller and controller; and the simulation model also have been proved to correct and reliable according to the comparison between the simulation results and test results.
