In the article, the two part dashboard and steering system of the company's developed vechile newly has been studied as the objects,and the large-scale CAE analysis software, such as Altair HyperMesh, MD Nastran, Msc Adams, has carried on the finite element and the multi_body dynamics analysis to their vibration performance.First, using finite element software HyperMesh has carried on the grid division in the CAD model's foundation, established the FEM of the supplied vibration performance computing. During the establishing FEM, the CAD model has made the suitable simplification and has processed many place modelling difficulties reasonably.The model has computed and analysed the viberation performance of the dashboard and steering system under the multi-operating mode, found the steering system's the first-order frequency near to the selected line four cylinder engine drive source frequency of the vechile, and put forward to raise the steering system first-order intrinsic frequency's suggestion suitably.Next, the six mountings of the steering system and dashboard cross member's Attachment point have been carried on the Sensitivity analysis and the size optimization with nastran, found the most sensitive mounting of the steering system first-order frequency, caused the steering system the first-order frequency to enhance from 28.95HZ to 39.61HZ,analysed the intensity of the optimized steering system and dashboard cross member, confirmed the optimized steering system to satisfy the actual use request.Finally, using the multi-body dynamics software MSC ADAMS and establishing part finite element model, the Rigid-flexible coupling vechile model of the dashbord and steering system has been established, and has analyzed the Z direction vibration performance of the dashboard and steering wheel in the different Working condition.The above obtained result has provided the basis and the reference for this model of vehicle's improvement design.Meanwhile using the CAE analysis technique to system research of the part vibration performance also has offered the references in method to the part and other part design and the improvement.
