With the development of science and technology, people's requirement on the riding comfort of automobiles is increasing, NVH performance today as an important indicator of the regulations and competition, has become the focus of the manufacturers study. How to design mounting system to isolate vibration transmitted from power assembly to frame has become an important task of vehicle research.A certain vehicle powertrain mounting system has been studied and optimized using dynamic analysis software ADAMS. The finite element model of rubber mount has been studied. In this paper main jobs are as follows:1)Mounting system current situation and design processes are studied, and the previous powertrain mounting system of the research methods and achievements are summarized.3)The interrelated test data and technical references about the powertrain mounting system are obtained for the further research.4)According to the test data, a six degree of freedom model of the powertrain mounting system is built in ADAMS/View, model natural frequency and model coupling and the vibration response in different working conditions are calculated.5)The rationality of mounts'position is verified using of the impact center theory and the method of TRA axis, the model stiffness is optimized taking advantage of model energy decoupling as objective function, results showed that optimization is successful, level-order mode decoupling become better, the natural frequency is more rational, the vibration transmissibility is smaller.6) The finite element model of rubber mount is built by the software of ABAQUS. The model calculation of the static and dynamic stiffness of the rubber mount showed good agreement with the experimental results.
