The Research On The Features Of The Learning Space In The Modern Architecture Educational Building

The spatial features of the architectural education building have become a focus of scholars'research in recent years because of its representation and the rapid expansion of Chinese architectural education. There is a close connection between the learning behaviors of students and learning space. The space has an important role in successfully supporting the learning behaviors. On the other hand, the learning behaviors also have a considerable influence on the use of space. Therefore, the research of the learning space's basic characteristics of architectural education, which can support the learning behaviors effectively, has a very important significance.This paper starts with the behaviors learning of the architecture students. It takes the learning spaces of architectural education as the core, and does research on the features of the learning spaces of architectural education in the means of integrated theory, questionnaire survey and case study. The methodology takes the questionnaire and the deduction, induction, comparison method of positivism as a base which combined with the technical methods of architectural graphic analysis, spatial analysis and field research.By analyzing the internal and external factors which affect the spatial characteristics in the modern architecture educational building, the author summarized the features of functionality, complexity, flexibility, artistry and the unique nature of the learning spaces, and proposed the understanding of the design trends about the learning space of architectural education. Therefore, the personality development and communication co-operation will coexist in those spaces, with increasingly blurred functional division and more diversified learning behaviors in the same spaces.
