Design Of Precision Curve Dispensing Machine

Ceramic groupware is an extremely ceramic groupware of CT machine. the quality of machining, assembling and sticking,which is good or bad,decisions of the CT machine can work properly.First, we design a dispensing scheme and a dispensing process for ceramic groupware groove. We design the overall model of dispensing equipment by using solidworks 3D design platform tool. Then, we model and select the parts of drive positioning mechanism,on this basis, take a in-depth analysis and calculation its transmission speed, driving force and accuracy of positioning. Proposed two-liquid mixing glue dispensing machine design on the piston technology, and realize two glue mixing proportion and dispensing quantity adjustable requirements. We describe how to regulate mixing ratio and the amount of glue. We model and select the dispensing machine parts of dispensing equipment, on this basis, take a in-depth analysis and calculation for it's the force of measuring cylinder piston in the dispensing, dispensing course of action to respond to and force calibration. Finally, we determine the basic hardware structure of the dispensing system, and viable motion control programs and computer realization method. Discusses the software design principles and framework and its software program structure, and provides a reference for hardware structures for future programming and debugging.This article focuses on the design of a practical, workable dispensing motion control platform. To meet the requirements of ceramic groupware dispensing, we take an in-depth analysis from alternatives to establish model. There has certain directive significance for researching on the content of the follow-up work in and equipment development.
