Design And Development Of Automatic Glue Dispensing Machine Based On PL

Glue dispensing equipment is one of the necessary equipment in the production of cable connectors.With the rapid development of science and technology,the level of automation is also rapidly improving,and the demand for automatic glue dispensing machine is becoming more and more intense.This paper focuses on the design of the hardware and software of the automatic dispensing machine system,and describes in detail the working principle of the system’s gas path and liquid path,the basic principle of liquid level measurement,the basic principle of temperature measurement,the programming of PLC,communication,and the interface of the touch screen.The system integrates sensor technology,stepper motor control technology and PLC technology as one,through the pressure sensor and temperature sensor to realize the automatic dispensing machine pressure,temperature and liquid level monitoring.The working principle and control law of the stepper motor are analyzed.The control program is designed and realized by ladder diagram.The temperature is controlled by PID control algorithm and the control operation program of touch screen is written.The automatic glue dispensing machine has realized temperature control,liquid level detection,the amount of glue can be controlled,and the automation of glue dispensing has been completed.The system can effectively improve the accuracy of dispensing and proportioning.Through the experiment,the error is effectively controlled within 3%,which meets the design target.
