The Association Study On Residential Construction And Urban Sprawl Of Hefei City

The objective of this paper is to study the relationship between residential area construction and urban sprawl in Hefei city. Firstly summarized the general relationship between residential area construction and urban sprawl in our country by studying the relevant theoretical research; and then reviewed and analyzed the history and characteristics of Hefei residential construction and urban sprawl based on the related theory, analyzed the internal relevance between urban residential area construction and urban sprawl. Finally, made corresponding rationalization proposals on urban spatial level according to research from the perspective of urban development and influence factors, aimed to provide some references for residential construction in Hefei city and urban development in future, promote harmonious and healthy development of the overall city,and make the city better and better.
