Electric vehicle gives prominent advantages to zero-let and non-pollution,so its foreground of developing and researching is quite amplitude。The hard-core of electric vehicle's power system is the drive and the control of motor。This dissertation studies the development of Electric Vehicle's Motor Controller and its key issues。Firstly,we introduce the structure and characteristic of PMSM,and set up its mathematics model。Then we deeply discuss the principle of application of DTC in PMSM; analyze the control of voltage space vector on the flux linkage and torque。We analyze the basic principles of DTC by the way of space voltage。On the basis of the preceding,the figure of principle structure is proposed。The thesis set up the stimulation model about the sub-modules of PMSM DTC system by Matlab/SimuLink。The simulation of closed-loop is carried out and the simulation results show the method is effective。Secondly,the thesis introduces the choice of the control chip and the digital realization of EV Motor Controller。The DSP56F807-based DTC control system platform for PMSM is designed。Finally,the dissertation discusses the meaning and basic methods of the electric vehicle braking energy feedback。During the braking,driving motor can run on the electric generation and supply electric energy outside。If some braking energy of vehicle can be recovered and charge the storage battery,it would be crucial to elongate the driving miles of EV。The thesis makes some positive exploration about this problem and achieves some valuable outcomes。...
