With the development of electric vehicle technology in the world,the performance of motor drive control system is more and more high.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has become the preferred motor for electric vehicle because of its small size,light weight,high power density,high efficiency.The drive control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor has gradually become a research hotspot.In this paper,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is taken as the research object,and the corresponding control strategy is studied.First of all,this paper studies the development process of the electric vehicle,and analyzes the development of the direct torque control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and the development of sensorless technology.The basic structure and working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are analyzed,and its mathematical model is given.Secondly,the theory of direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is introduced in detail.Based on fuzzy control theory,a fuzzy PI controller is designed.Based on the optimal control strategy of stator current,the reference flux is analyzed and designed.The variable flux fuzzy direct torque control system is built,and the simulation analysis is carried out.In addition,the Kalman filter algorithm is studied.This paper introduces the basic principle,mathematical model and state estimation method of extended Kalman filter.A sensorless direct torque control system based on extended Kalman filter is constructed,and the analysis of simulation is carried out.Finally,the hardware and software design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system for electric vehicle are presented.This paper briefly introduces the design principle of the hardware circuit of the control system.The software design of the control system is introduced in detail,and the flow chart of each control subroutine is given.
