| With the development of human society and the advancement of civilization,people pay high attention to the indoor air quality. As main source of indoor pollutant,the administration of cooking oil fume has drawn wide attention in recent years. Cooking oil fume can cause variety of illness, threaten the health of people, and pollute the adjacent room constantly. The strengthen of the tightness and thermal performance of building wall prevent to get rid of the cooking oil fume in the kitchen indirectly, and lower the indoor air quality. Therefore, to ensure operators and other personnel less affected by indoor kitchen lampblack, it is necessary to control the spread of smoke during cooking, and reduce the concentration of smoke in the kitchen. Range hood, which can capture the cooking oil fume quickly and effectively, become an essential electrical appliance in residential kitchen. The product of range hood has numerous category, creative style, uneven performance. Based on research of cooking oil fume diffusion mechanism, this paper discusses the technology of oil fume controlling in residential.The main research content as follows:1. This article elaborates on the main component, hazard, and diffusion properties of the cooking oil fume systematically. It analyzes disadvantages of residential kitchen ventilation technology and proposes optimization technological ideas of smoke controlling technology.2. We analyze the diffusion mechanism of cooking oil fume and the working principle of the Gas-collecting hood systematically, grape the principles of range hoods gas gathering, and provide theoretical basis of fume control technique.3.We measured the residential kitchen fumes,discussed diffusion properties of cooking oil fume, pointed out the residential kitchen problems and proposed solutions.4. Using numerical simulation method to discuss the kitchen range hoods fume diffusion characteristics in different working modes (not work, normal work, early work) , the results show that the proposed range hood first mode is the best .5. In order to study the effect of smoke control of the different range hoods we research the four kinds of range hoods in the market using numerical simulation method . then we design three new range hoods with different types, using numerical simulation to caculate respectively , the result shows that the top-side range hood control smoke is best,becaue it can use the motive power of the cooking oil fume's thermal fully , and prevent the interference of the transverse current effectively,6. Using the numerical simulation method to calculate the effect of smoke control of the different source term on the range hood. We devise three rang hoods of different source term, the result shows that when cut the range hood's exhaust outlet into two the effect is best. |
