With the improvement of environmental requirements for biological,pharmaceutical,chemical and other experiments,the standards for experimental furniture are also constantly improving.At the same time,with the popularity of the concept of intelligent building,the construction of laboratories requires the construction of intelligent laboratories,so that the laboratory is more safe,efficient,energy saving and convenient is the trend of development.The fume hood is one of the important experimental furniture used to carry out various experiments in the laboratory,such as biology and chemical engineering.The traditional fume hood cannot accurately control the wind speed of the cover,cannot guarantee the safety of the experiment,and the control means is single,the noise is large,and the energy consumption is high.Therefore,in the construction of an intelligent laboratory,it is necessary to carry out intelligent transformation of the fume hood used for various chemical experiments,so as to improve the safety,convenience and energy saving of the fume hood.Cover wind speed control,window control and convenient interactive control are the key technologies of fume hood intellectualization.At present,all kinds of fume hood wind speed and window movement control has the problems of low control precision,long control time,single control means and low intelligence.In view of the problems existing in the existing fume hood,the paper carries out the research on the control system of the intelligent fume hood.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the existing problems of low accuracy and slow control speed of the wind speed on the cover,an improved Kalman filter algorithm was first introduced into the measurement phase of the wind speed on the cover to reduce the noise signal caused by gas characteristics and improve the measurement accuracy.Secondly,the adaptive PID algorithm is used in the control stage of the air valve to improve the control speed of the surface wind speed and reduce the time needed for the control of the surface wind speed.(2)In view of the problems of slow motion speed and easy collision in the existing window control,the speed and stability of the window motion are improved by optimizing the control process of the window motion.At the same time,the window infrared automatic controls is added.After the experimenter leaves,the window is automatically controlled to close,and the system is closed after a delay,reducing the energy consumption of the fume hood.(3)In view of the traditional fume hood control means is single,cannot display real-time status,hand items cannot be controlled and other problems,add HMI interaction and gesture control to the control system,can achieve a variety of scenes of interactive control,in order to improve the intelligence and convenience of the hood.(4)Relying on the company entrusted by the intelligent fume hood design projects,in the design and implementation of the intelligent fume hood,on the surface wind speed control,window control,HMI interactive and gesture repeated testing and verification,the experimental results show that using the above measures effectively reduces the surface wind speed control error and control time,improve the control speed and stability of the Windows,It reduces the energy consumption of the fume hood and improves the convenience of the experimenter.
