In the industry of designing modern pressure vessels, the design of product becomes more and more sophisticated and complex. In order to meet the requirement of market competition, the capability standards of pressure vessels have been largely promoted. On the other hand, tools of CAE(Computer aided engineering) such as the software ANSYS, in many aspects, provide modern enterprises with advanced and strong techniques to keep a leading role in competition. In the last ten years, about one hundred versions of ANSYS have been of great use in the industry of pressure vessels. So, in the market of domestic software used for stress analysis, the percentage of ANSYS reaches more than 95%. As well, ANSYS has been the practical standard in analysis design of pressure vessels. ANSYS works with fruitful effect for popularization of CAE analysis design in its field and contributes greatly to promoting the level of this design in China.According to JB4732-95 The Pressure Vessel in Steel—the Standard for Analysis and Design, this is to study fly ash drainage filter, According to its parameter of process operation, to calculate accurately the times of equipment for circling, it makes sure stress assessment and fatigue analysis. as well as on the basis of stress categories and the standard for stress assessment, to do stress assessment and fatigue analysis on this pressure vessel, and to choose a rather small structure from the combining part between the tin and the head and study its' design by using the method of limit analysis and the conception of stabilization. and to choose a rather small structure from the combining part between the tin and the head and study its' design by using the method of limit analysis and the conception of stabilization. Other structures with suddenly abnormal parts, after decomposing by stress, would be assessed in different stress categories, and analyse and study whether the times for circling in design can be still gotten in order to make sure its safety.By comparing with and analyzing the scheme of transition up-structure, it is to find th geometrical strucute with small stress and stress parts of discontinuous distribution, and decrease the centrality coefficient of stress. By stress assessment and fatigue analysis on up-structure and hole, the hole structure on the body, cone structure and pipe-board structure, it is concluded that, in the process of stress analysis and design, and after decompounding stress, different controlling figures to different stress effects and property judgement on its danger are given by comparing it with typical structure and falling it into certain stress category, and according to the principle of "Equal Ample Safety Degree". This provides the fatigue pressure vessel with a reliable guideline for safe operation.
