| Wind Driven Ventilators are widely used in workshops, bissiness and civil buildings,since their cordless,less noise,small volum,light weight,simply install and perennially work,can vent the hot air moisture of the building.Producing more efficient Wind Driven Ventilators has an important sense considering saving the energy sources.This paper discusses the influence of ventilation on increasing a vane and designs a new vane.The new vane increases the flow rate and efficiency of ventilation.This paper also dissusses the relationship between natural wind speed and mass flow rate of ventilation, rotate speed of turbine and mass flow rate of ventilation.This paper simulate the flow field of vane in differenr fixing angle.Drawing geometric model by autoCAD,and importing them into GAMBIT to build up gridding pictures,then using FLUENT software which is a commericial software of CFD to calculate the flow field.The different angle include the degree of 15,30,45,60,75,90,105and 120,then finding the best angle of vane.The turbulent model is standand turbulent model of k-ε,the coupling of velocity and pressure is SIMPLE method.Momentum,turbulence kinetic energy and turbulence dissipation rate are second order upwind.Comparing with the flow field without vane),the vent capability is improved.Designing a new vane to improve the maas flow rate of ventilators.Using the same method of numerical simulation to calculate the turbine's flow field.Finding the velocity field and pressure field of ventilators.Dissusses the relationship between natural wind speed and mass flow rate of ventilation,also rotate speed of turbine and mass flow rate of ventilation.The turbulent model is standand turbulent model of k-ε,the coupling of velocity and pressure is SIMPLE method.Momentum,turbulence kinetic energy and turbulence dissipation rate are second order upwind. |
