In the dissertation, the environment simulation vacuum vessel which is concerned is used to simulate environment of Tibetan plateau at a 6000 meters altitude. And we will test the situations of electric products in this abominable environment. So we would do some researches on some issues of the design and manufacture of the vessel. On the base finite Element Method and dynamics of vacuum vessel with the diameter of 10.5m, height of 12m, and volume of 1300m3, we do some basic analysis on the main Structure suffered press by the parameterized technology and software of ANSYS. Beside of this, we study and analyze the dynamics character of the intensified components which could be optimized on the mass of the vacuum vessel because its high failure frequency to the whole structure. The main research works are following:First, we take examples to validate the veracity and definition above ANSYS which is deemed as powerful universal Finite Element Method on the short cylinders impacted by atmospheric pressure. Based on the theory of modeling predigest, the rational mechanics model of the whole structure is built.Three dimensional finite element model of vacuum vessel structure is established according to APDL language and GUI operational command embedded in ANSYS and the parameterized technology. Static calculation and stability analysis based on the vacuum vessel Structure model, such as rigidity, intensify and stability in the most dangerous condition is obtained after separating reseau and loading, studying the qualification of the instability (buckling) on the structure. And make some valuable conclusion.Using dynamics analysis to calculate the vacuum vessel structure and programming the parameterized command stream file of mode and instantaneous analysis.Working out the front ten ranks inherent frequency of the Structure and giving out the relevant main vibrant map. We work out the instantaneous dynamical response of the vacuum vessel when it suffered a valiant load in some dangerous conditions.This conclusion lays a foundation for the research of the next phase which are eigen value and non-linear analysis. Make a contrast study between initialized vacuum vessel model and optimized vacuum vessel model, affirm the result of the optimized model.By doing this, we provide some academic foundation to improve the quality of vacuum vessel designing.Next, make research on arrange in pairs between low temperature and obtaining vacuum for the vacuum vessel. Set up the model that the process which lower the temperature and obtaining vacuum at the same time. Educe the equation of conversation of energy by the pyrology, and figure out numerical value by mathematics.Last, validate the feasibility of heat preservation substance which is assumed to be allocated inside the vacuum vessel through the trial.All I have done will produce an active effect and have an instruction meaning to design and optimize the structure of the vacuum vessel.
