EAST(Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak) device with noncircular cross-section is a Chinese National science project, aiming at building an advanced steady-state plasma physics experimental device. The main object of the project is to build a full superconducting tokamak.Researching on the components which face to the plasma in the inner of vacuum vessel in EAST. As the in-vessel components are directed face the high temperature plasma, it is especially pivotal to assure the precision of the assemble. Introduces the standard ring of the vacuum vessel, and the design of the standard ring joined to vacuum vessel, and the structure analyses of the standard ring resulted in the HALO current. Introduces the precision of the assembling about the inner component of the vacuum vessel, and the necessary of the precision about the standard ring which the in-vessel component joined to.Firstly, Introduces the structures of the EAST device components in the Inner of Vacuum Vessel in EAST. According to the present engineer design,and the measure device which buy from leica company, and manufacture device.An assembly technology scheme for components in the Inner of Vacuum Vessel EAST device is designed,which is thought safe,qualified and economical.Secondly, according to the control networks of the assembly had established in the EAST experimental hall,which include horizontal control networks and height control networks. We can survey the vacuum vessel inner parts installation, some three dimension digital coordinate points are settled on the wall of the hall. All these survey networks are analyzed to ensure that their precision can meet the requirement of the device assembly.Lastly, the control survey methods for the components of the Inner of Vacuum Vessel in EAST device were designed on the base of survey control networks. By a point-to-point survey experiment of only a single Electronic Total Station TCA2003, some valuable results were provided.
