Aeroengine is the supply power and the key part of aircraft. Its working state affects the flight velocity, tactics performance and flight security. It is important to make the installation and state detection of aeroengine product before the aircraft assembling and test flying.In order to implement the fast intelligent detection of the aircraft engine products, a new kind of intelligent detection system is designed and developed based on the analysis of the working principle of the former test platform circuit. Aircraft engine detection system is a multi-task processing system integrated signal detection and fault diagnosis. The system can make detection of the aircraft engine installation detection circuit, start-up circuit, state manipulation circuit, monitoring instrument function, anti-ice system function and so on. It can also operate real-time data acquisition, processing and dynamic display. Therefore it provides the scientific foundation for engine state analysis and fault repairing.The development process of some aircraft engine detection system is mainly introduced in this paper. The working principle and structure of the system, general scheme design, software and hardware design, system debugging are discussed. The main content includes as follows. Firstly, we introduce the signification of the project, and the state of art and development in the field of military automatic detection devices. Secondly, after analyzing the technology requirement of the detected object, the structure and general scheme are determined. Thirdly, based on the design requirement, the detailed hardware design solutions are given including hardware selection, data acquisition interface, the principle of installing and state detection, design of the protection for high voltage, anti-disturbance design and so on. Forthly, with the platform of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, the software is developed including the following components such as self-inspection, installing inspection and state inspection. Then the development process and related details are introduced. Fifthly, joint debugging is carried out and the result satisfies the technology requirement of the customer. Finally, we give the conclusion of the work and the future prospects.
