| The electrical power supply system of an aircraft (EPSSA) plays an important role in the modern airplane. It is very important to study how to measure the parameters of EPSSA accurately and rapidly. This project which is to develop an airplane electrical parameter testing system comes from an Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation. The different EPSSA needs different testing standards. Design of a high quality and multifunction airplane electrical parameter testing system based on high speed data acquisition card and CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) is presented. This system could meet the need of many testing standards. It has the features of high precision, high speed, multi-channel, simple operation, convenient use and low cost.The thesis analyses the parameter and the criterion of design first. Then based on the result of analysis, the general scheme is put forward. In the hardware design, the structure of the DAQ-2010 data acquisition card is described in detail;the development of CPLD, MCU and the regulative circuit for signal are introduced. In the software part, the driver program of the DAQ-2010 data acquisition card, the metric software and the system measuring software are developed. The interrelated arithmetic is discussed also. The last part is the conclusion of this development.The experiment of the airplane electrical parameter testing system indicates that this system meets the need of different parameters measurement and has high reliability and good stability. It is valuable for application in practice. |
