The construction of reconstruction project or other projects near the existing Tunnel will cause different levels of impact on the stability of the adjoining Rock of the tunnel. Since highway tunnel at the large investment in the construction, When operating in the importance of reasons, the related projects of the existing Tunnel's construction, impacting the stability of the adjoining rock must be given sufficient attention.In pre-construction must be based on science, reasonable and accurate analysis, the identification of viable construction plan, and after the end of the construction, the construction of the project to make the necessary quality testing to ensure the stability of the tunnel rock.In this paper, Dalian Huangnichuan inverted arch of the tunnel laying of water mains issues on the ground floor of the culvert construction on Active- duty stability of the tunnel. Useing physical modeling,numerical simulation as Research methods combined to determine the optimal depth of the depth of water mains and the construction after the detection and verification. The results show that.
