The machine structure optimization design is guarantee of the normal function, and chooses the suitable structural style and reasonable structure size. It pursues the best efficiency, the lightest weight, the smallest volume, or the longest useful life period and so on. The traditional design of structure optimizes set one or several parameter as the main determination, and other parameters corresponding become some kinds of restraint. This method only achieves the requested degree. With the development of computer and the analysis efficiency, we introduce feedback mechanism into design to direct design and raise the rated capacity by analyses information.First, carries on the optimization design to uniform strength beam and missile warhead with variational calculus. The beam's bending stress and flight resistance of missile are taken as the functional target, so as to obtain the optimization design curve of the uniform strength beam and missile warhead.Next, establishes the wheel model and carries on the analysis in ANSYS. The elements of less stress will be killed by the feedback mechanism and the unit life and death technology. The iterative computation obtains optimized model of wheel spoke under the radial and the bending load. It provides some instructions and warrants to the later spoke design, and provides the method uses for reference to other optimization design. Then carrying on the re-development to ANSYS realizes the optimal process intellectualization. Finally, carry on reliability analysis to optimization model study the influence of elastic ratio, Poisson ratio, atmospheric stress and so on to the most greatly equivalent stress of wheel, as well as related research.
