This thesis briefly introduces the basic theory, development history of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) and the application in the automobile design, especially in the AC pipeline. The thesis expounds the importance of the optimum design during the automobile air condition deicing designing. Through the analysis of the CFD, it can greatly save time and cost in designing the air condition deicing. Through choose the software analytic method reasonably, it can show the relative really auto AC deicing effect and it have good scientific and economical value.Computational fluid dynamics is through computer numerical calculation and image display, anglicizing the system contains fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena related to those. CFD is equivalent to perform the experiments "virtually" by computers to simulate the situation of actual fluid flow. CFD method, traditional theory analysis and test method compose the whole system of fluid flow subject. N-S equation set is the common rule to fluid flowing. Solve the N-S equation set,the spatial distribution of velocity,temperature,pressure can be received. Set up the different turbulence models to simulate the air flowing situation of the inner and outer of the automobiles. This thesis use the high Reynolds number's K-εmodel, SIMPLE fluid field algorithm,limited volume numerical value discrete method to simulate the fluid flowing in the air condition defrost system of some automobile. The defrosting effect to the windshield and side glass can be got, it is used to instruct optimizing designing, and through several designing and analyzing processes, relative satisfactory effect can be got.In winter when the temperature is below 0 degree,there is a piece of ice or frost on the wind shield of the auto outdoor. The ice sheet on the wind shield can do harm to the driving safety. The deicing performance of auto air condition is very important for driving and traffic safety. This paper discusses the application of the CFD method in our automobile in deicing simulation, and introduces how we modify the deicing duct, defrost cornice some times and get a good result to meet the requirements of GB 11555-94. We desire that the wind's speed, defrost area accords with the requirements of standard. At last, the defrosting system of satisfactory designing can be found. Relative to normal AC defrosting test method, the CFD method save the half time, and it need not make quick model parts, the cost can be reduced. The CFD design develops enormous effect while the technologists can timely find the questions and solve them. The optimum design save the financial ability and the material resources, shorten the development period of the products, and to the total automobile prior period designing development having a aid of the computer simulation, it can provide beneficial experience.
