The basic theory of computational fluid dynamics is introduced in this paper,the application of CFD analysis in the design process of automotive air conditioning and the vehicle test are described. The main objectives of this study are to collect and analyze the performance of the process of defrosting in the development of the actual vehicle, with the aid of CFD software, the numerical simulation of air conditioning system is improved.Finally,form a set of specifications for the development and design of the performance of vehicle(Mainly refers to light truck) defrosting.The research on the performance of the whole vehicle is required to be steady and transient, The whole analysis model is divided into two regions: 1.By the defrosting duct,driving gas flow model composed of closed chamber, the windshield, two door glass(Driver and assistant driver side), import and export.2. Solid heat transfer model composed of the glass and the outer layer of glass.In this paper, the calculation model of the defrost duct is established firstly,analysis of the air flow of the air outlet, and analyses the trend of internal air flow, optimize the internal wind guide plate of the wind pipe for removing frost,uniform distribution of air volume ratio of each outlet.Then establish the calculation model of the whole vehicle in addition to frost,specific calculation of velocity field distribution, transient de frost performance of windshield and door glass,optimized duct structure,to solve the problem of the performance of automobile.Final results of the analysis will be transformed into rapid prototype,loading verification rain fog removal performance,loading verification rain fog removal performance,if the performance standards in addition to the fog,In addition to the defrost test.The results of numerical simulation are compared with the experimental results of the actual frost removal test,the correctness of the calculation model and the calculation results are verified, and the feasibility and superiority of the CFD numerical simulation method in the development and application of the vehicle air conditioning system.
