Electric drive account for a large proportion in daily life and industrial production, especially the consumption of fans and pumps accounted for a significant proportion of energy consumption. Therefore, the problem of energy-efficient for fans and pumps is one of the main issues in today's industrial production. As a string of highly efficient and energy-saving speed control system chopper within the feed-speed control system changes the speed device from the stator to the rotor, not only avoids the high-voltage, but also reduces the capacity of the speeding devices. chopper within the feed-speed control system is more better than frequency converter in the fan, pump etc.Due to the shortcoming of the low power factor, firstly this paper introduces in detailed the principle of the traditional cascade speed control system, then uses chopper internal feedback cascade speed control system and small inertia of the current tracking control methods to be highly improved the system. The Simulink tools in MATLAB is used to build the system model and built out the sub-modules. the parameters of each module are designed and calculated, obtained good simulation waveforms by its simulation analysis be carried out.The control chip TMS320F2812 produced by TI is selected to design and make the hardware control circuit panel. It contains level-shifting circuits, drive and protection circuits and etc. Based on the hardware, using function block programming ideas, I design and write the control software. By many of debugging and experiments, The experimental devices run reliably. The control program significantly improves the power factor and the harmonic distortion, at the same time the reactive power compensation more economical.
