| It is well-known ,speed governor operation has more remarkable energy-saving effect for fans and water pumps, it is percent of 30 .variable frequency adjusting speed is applied in present, but it is difficult to be accepted for technique, cost and harmonic. It is one of the schemes is that cascade adjusting speed system is applied on fans and pumps .the adjustable speed device is moved from stator to rotor, the voltage of the device will be low instead of medium and device capacity will decrease. Based on discussing the problems of traditional cascade adjusting speed system, this paper presents a improved cascade adjusting speed system , i.e, internal-feedback cascade adjusting speed system .It reveals merits and faults by comparative analysis several control mode and presents practicalities of the high power motor drive in the power plant. At last model of internal -feedback cascade speed-adjusting motor is set up by the tools of MATLAB Simulink The result of simulation explains that rotational speed can change by varying additional voltage of rotor.
