In recent years, with the increase of basic construction and construction investment, especially the highway and railway construction and engineering construction machinery market got rapid development. Both highway construction and railway construction is inseparable from the sand and concrete materials. Processing of these materials is inseparable from the excavator. Demolishing these buildings is inseparable from hammer, so in recent years mobile crushing hammer is especially rapidly growing, especially 15 ~ 30 tons of medium types are demanded much more.In order to improve products, based on the customer design drawings and the data, the geometric model of frame, boom, stick and breaker have been mollified by using UG software and the finite element analysis software ANSYS. according to the actual structure of working device, finite element calculation accuracy and the time, choose three dimensional entity to divide movable arm, stroke, connecting piece, breaker, front and rear frame and push plate. The geometry model of Each component is built by ANSYS software based on the 3D drawings and related parts graph. The modeling process is simplified, for example, screw holes and chamfering have been removed. Properties of welding materials are the same to base metal. Finally, assembly models of working device and the framehave been established.According to parameters of cylinders and machine, calculate load distribution under 10 circumstances and conditions. Analyze the stress of the work device and the frame. The weak links should be marked and then enhanced. After analyzing, it can be found that the great stress mainly occurs in the connections of movable arm and stroke (including the bucket and bearing), on the arm cylinder and stroke cross section. In conventional condition, stress in the connection of boom and stick is much greater. The strength in front and rear frame is suitable, but the fillets in parts of frame are so small that stress concentration appears. Further improve design is nessary.
