Andrographis Herba is one of the commonly-used herbal drugs,which is the aerial portion of Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees(Acanthaceae).A.paniculata reported to possesscholagogic,liver-protective,antitumor,antioxidant,heat-clearing,antibacterial, anti-inflammatory,antibacterial anti-inflammatory and so on. A.paniculata has been frequently used for treatment of pregnancy suspension, malaria, snakebite, diabetes, High blood pressure and so on. The primary medicinal component of A.paniculata is diterpene lactones,as it has antibacterial and antiviral effect, so called "natural antibiotics".According to the Indian 1885’s references, Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees is native to Indian peninsula and Sri Lanka,widely found and cultivated in south-east Asia and China.Due to a large number of excavation,the wild resources had reduced,Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees has been listed as one of India’s national protected species.as a momentous medical resource, Sri Lankan had prohibited the export of Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees since 2001.Then,more and more contries such as India, Malysia with strategies of conservation in germplasm resources.There is no difinetively time that China introduced the plant,the earlist reference is 《Ling Nan Cai Yao Lu)),it records "Chun Lian Qiu Liu",this book written in 1932s,so the plant is been cultivated in China at least 80 years.There are researches papers about Andrographis Herba from China had differences in the major activity components,so as to the quality.This differences may be influenced by germplasm genetic background, origin of ecological, cultivation techniques, harvesting time and so on.This research used HPLC which combined with ecological environment factors, Molecular markers comprise SRAP and SNP to analyse the traditional Chinese medicine. Throught that we have got to the following results:1.Follow the quality standard of standards chinese pharmacopoeia, With HPLC to evaluate quality in 35 samples from 13 origins in 7 provinces.For more precise result,we prepared samples according to the proportion. This result reflects all samples reach the standards of chinese pharmacopoeia,there is difference between in origins.2.Follow the quality standard of standards chinese pharmacopoeia, With HPLC to evaluate quality in crude’s stems and leaves from 13 origins in 7 provinces.This result reflects the content of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in leaves are higher than in stems.samples reach the standards of chinese pharmacopoeia,there is difference between in origins.The difference also exist in different oigin.3.In order to reveal genetic diversity of domestic Andrographis paniculata and its impact on quality, genetic backgrounds of 103 samples from 7 provinces in China were analyzed using SRAP marker and SNP marker. Genetic structures of these A. paniculata populations were estimated with PowermarkerV 3.25 and Mega 6.0 software, and polymorphic SNPs were identified with CodonCode Aligner software. The results showed4.that the genetic distances of domestic A. paniculata germplasm ranged from 0.01 to 0.09, and no polymorphic SNPs were discovered in coding sequence fragments of ent-copalyl diphosphate synthase. A. paniculata germplasm from various regions in China had poor genetic diversity. This phenomenon was closely related to strict self-fertilization and earlier introduction from the same origin. Therefore, genetic background had little impact on variable qualities of A. paniculata in domestic market. Mutation breeding, polyploid breeding and molecular breeding were proposed as promising strategies in germplasm innovation.5.Collecting 22 soil samples from Guang Xi、Si Chuang、An Hu、Hai Nan,analyzing soil physical、chemical properties and content index. This result reflects there was big difference between origins, there was large relativity between the andrographolide and N,organic,moisture,pH matter.Negative correlation between andrographolide and moisture,pH.The research provides theory basis of soil for cultivation,to perfect the fertilization scheme, soil improvement and irrigation.
