| Tray puting is one of the important link of greenhouse seedlings, according to thecalculationthe, seedling tray is placed about2000in a greenhouse, and needed two days,northern most seedlings in the greenhouses still adopt the repetitive tasks, artificial plate causeserious waste of human resources, at the same time setting the tray artificially is low efficiencyand poor quality display; Some place use rice tray puting machine, but the model only for dish toputting. In view of the above problem, this topic which is based on qualitative pot technique,based on the kinematics and mechanics analysis, combining with the rice seedlings in thegreenhouses tray putting the process requirement and rice planting mortar boards for advantagesand structural features, we design a kind of seedling-growing tray made of paddy-straw and eachset’s capacity for5dishes of rice tray puting machine, the purpose is to improving the quality andefficiency of the tray placed, reducing the labor intensity of the wobble, at the same time, furtherrealize "The whole mechanization technology of rice seedling raising bowl" mechanization link,we did the following research of rice tray putting machine.According to the requirement of rice seedling agronomic display, design of virtual prototypewith ProE simulation software, and determine the range of speed of propulsion; Through theanalysis of the whole machine performance, we determine the speed of conveyor belt, the trayadvancing speed, body height as influence factors, and we did single factor test analysis todetermine the reasonable range of factors. We used the orthogonal combination experiment ofthe multiple factors and two times regression, and determined the influence of each factor to thetest index and the regression equation. Through analysis of single factor and multiple factoreffect, the main sequence of the factors that influence the test index is: Advance speed, Fuselageheight, Belt speed; The optimization results are: The conveyor belt speed150mm/s; Advancingspeed115mm/s; The fuselage height60mm from the ground when tray percent of pass is86.72%.The results are as follows.Through the test of the best parameter combination scheme, the experiment can get: Thetray placed above the pass rate was80%, damage rate of was about1.67%, the tray placed wasabout15tray every minutes, it’s higher than the artificial display efficiency. Comprehensiveperformance indicators can be seen that the rice seedling growing tray arranging machine canmeet the performance requirements of the project. |
