Based on the summary analysis of current research on rice seeder home and abroad, the writer introduces here a new hole type of paddy-straw seedling growing seeder according to the current study of the paddy-straw seedling growing seeder at home. On the premise of the agronomic sowing of paddy-straw seedling growing seeder, the author provides the cell plate parameters and provides evidence for the selection of them through the performance analysis and experimental study on the key parts of the seeder. By using high speed video system, we could make target recognition and target tracking of the dropping process of the seeder. So, the author could propose a rational position relation between the cell plate and the seedling tray as to the fitting of track of throwing seed. Meanwhile, by using this technology, this article reveals the working principles of the key parts, i.e. seed-cleaning pin, in dropping process. Followed by this, the author puts forward a reasonable improving scheme so that a new type of rice precision seeding comes into being.1. The determination of seed cell shape through simple factor experiment.2. Through the experiments for orthogonal designs of dry seed and on the index of the qualified rate of seed-filling, we propose the optimum combination scheme of the diameter, thickness and seed-cleaning pin position of the cell plate. A reasonable scheme of cell plate is presented here through rice bud-sowing experiment.3. The observation is made in the dropping process of rice bud-sowing by using high speed video system. We could obtain the coordinate of rice seed of different height of seed throwing through MIDAS 4.0 Epress. By using the marking scale, the writer analyzes and arranges the data so that she proposes a reasonable distance between the cell plate centre of seeding tray and turning board in the real situation of seed throwing. In order to change the distance between the seeding tray and the cell plate in the field of 10mm-45mm, the author fits its throwing seed track and also calculates the distance for reference.4. Using high speed video system, the author could observe the working principles of the dropping part, i.e. the seed-cleaning pin, in rice bud-sowing. Then an improved scheme is put forward compared with the former structure of the seed-cleaning pin and it can improve the qualified rate of seed-filling.
