Biogas slurry is a good organic fertilizer; it is significance of how to usethe biogas slurry combined with chemical fertilizer in crop production. This paper studies effects of combined application of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer on the yield of rape and calcareous soil qualities. There were five treatments in this experiment:Tl:no fertilization, T2:only the chemical fertilizer, T3:biogas slurry:chemical fertilizer=1:3(w/w), T4:biogas slurry:chemical fertilizer=3:1(w/w) and T5: only biogas slurry.1ã€Combined application of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer promote the growth and development of rape, and make plants stronger. Z3 is the best deal.2ã€Z3 treatment is significantly higher than CK treatmentã€chemical fertilizer Z1 and and single application of biogas process Z4.3ã€Combined application of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer increased the yield of rape. Under the Z3 treatment conditions, the ground dry weight, fresh weight and root dry weight has maximum value.under CK treatment The root shoot ratio is maximum.Combined application of biogas slurry with chemical fertilizers improved Rape Quality and content of N, P, K in Rape. The content of N, P, K and VC of Z3 is higher than that of other treatments. Sugar of Z4 is highest.4ã€Combined application of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer reduced soil bulk density, and increases soil porosity, the effect is not obvious.ln all treatments pH were decreased, fertilizer treatment the most obvious. Biogas can reduce the value of EC in the soil5ã€Applied Biogas increased available nutrients and organic matter in soil.it is not significantly different available K in soil among treatments. The content of Available nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter in soil in Z4 treament is higher than other treaments.6ã€Combined application of biogas slurry with chemical fertilizers increased the microorganismquantity in soil.Z3 showed the most obvious effects on microorganism quantity.7ã€Biogas slurry application increased the content of Cu and Zn in the soil obviously, but effect of Pb〠Crã€Cd is not obvious. All heavy metal content in soil were according with the national soil environmental quality.
