Study On Exploitation, Utilization And Protection Of Fishery Resources In Gaoyou Lake

As one of public resources, the development and protection of lake fishery resources is particularly important. Fishery resources of lakes is the essential yardstick to measure whether the lake resources and ecosystem are safe or not, and fishery resources of lakes can judge the natural environment of lakes.Jiangsu province has the most lakes in this country. Gaoyou lake is the third largest lake in Jiangsu province, which is located in the middle of Jiangsu province. It has a total area of about 760 square kilometers (1.14 million mus), and it links up with Hongze lake and Shaobo lake, being rich in fishery resources. At the same time, Gaoyou lake is the important channel of the Huaihe River to the Yangtse River, assuming the functions of releasing flood waters. So, Chosing Gaoyou Lake as the research object is of obvious representationThe scientific study on it is not so more at home and abroad. Only a small amount of researches are related to fishery law enforcement, and few researches are systematically study in integrated management of lakes. And there is no study from lake watershed management combined with a sustainable development. This paper try to analysis the problems in the exploitation and protection of fishery resources, referencing the theory of public management. And this paper try to seek a lake fishery resources system which can be sustainable developed. It try to improve the fishery resources management in Gaoyou Lake.
