In recent years, China’s coastal deep-water fish cage develops rapidly due to its advantages like anti-wave, large capacity, good fish quality,high economic benefit,disease prevention and alleviating the environmental pollution, which better than traditional shallow-water fish cage aquaculture. However, fish-cage aquaculture system is a complex system including self- supply, Intelligent feeding,aquaculture monitoring and anti-wave, event in a bad environment. And the whole Process of fish-cage aquaculture plays an important role in guaranteing each function works efficient, orderly and coordinated, reducing the risk of aquaculture,improving breeding efficiency and realizing fish cage aquaculture digital and automated.This paper, on the basis of reading relevant literature and studying sea conditions, analyzes every function of control system in their characteristics and their relationships, considers the special environment of open sea breeding and the necessity of farming equipment debugging and maintenance, builds a deep water net cage control system in three levels which are the cage remote control layer,operation layer breeding platform and terminal control execution layer. Fish-cage self supply and feeding of deep-water net cage are the key of developing the fish-cage control system, and this paper puts forward a overall research program.Therefore, on the one hand this paper establishes matching mathematical model of maximum output power and charging load in the view of the key technology ofenergy efficiency optimization control of fish-cage self powered system, finally from two aspects of the power generation and storage to guarantee the storage electricity efficiency of control system the most optimal. And in Simulink environment using MATLAB software to establish the maximum output power model of generation system of the fluctuated tidal energy and does simulink research.On the other hand, due to the problem of cage static feeding control, this paper puts forward a scheme of feeding based on dynamic and flexible fuzzy control model,uses virtual instrument software LabVIEW and PLC control technology forming the closed-loop feedback control system, and uses Fuzzy System Designer of LABVIEW to do simulation analysis, the simulation results are consistent with the expected.On these basis, in order to realize multi-functional cage control, it designs hardware and software about the control system in order to lay the foundation For the development of control system. At last, the paper aiming at the cage feeding of dynamic flexible fuzzy control, it constructs experimental platform and carries on the contrast experiment of breeding in coastal Zhe jiang Province, finally concludes that dynamic fuzzy flexible feeding control improves the utilization rate of feed,and that practical results are consistent with the Simulation.
