With Marine fishery by offshore into the depths of the sea,the deep water aquaculture scale expands unceasingly,in the deep water area aquaculture feed costs accounted for 70% ? 90% of the total cost,bait feeding is reasonable directly affects the economic benefits of aquatic products,at the same time of meet the demand of cultivation object feeding avoid bait waste and water pollution,is an inevitable trend in the refinement of aquaculture.Aiming at the current problems of feeding amount of deep water cage culture according to the judgment of cultivation personnel's subjective consciousness and high labor intensity,this paper designed a precise feeding system of deep water cage culture based on the growth model of cultured fish and machine vision technology,so as to realize the purpose of saving bait and reducing labor intensity.The main work contents are as follows:(1)To determine the overall scheme and mechanical structure of the deep-water cage baiting system based on the analysis of the characteristics of deep-water cage breeding in the south China sea and the existing deep-water cage baiting system;A dispenser auxiliary device is designed,which is installed on both sides of the feeding hull and can switch and break the device through two three-way pipes and battery valves,Realize the automatic alignment of the cage on both sides of the hull.(2)Aiming at the problem that the feeding amount of deep water cage cannot be accurate based on manual experience,the feeding amount of deep water cage was determined based on the growth model and the fish weight predicted by machine vision.Aiming at the problem that the monocular camera cannot accurately measure the length of the fish body,a calibration box is designed to collect images and measure the length of the fish body through the calibration box.(3)According to the design requirements of the system,determine the hardware model required by the system,the introduction of its main functions and the corresponding electrical diagram of the wiring terminals.According to the functional requirements of the automatic bait casting machine,determine its flow control diagram,assign and determine the I/O address of the system,and write thecorresponding main program and subroutine.(4)On the basis of determining the mechanical structure of the baiting system and precise baiting strategy,the control module and display interface of the baiting machine are designed.The experiment platform of baiting system in deep water cage was used to measure the length of fish body and the quantity of feeding.The results obtained from the experiment on the bait feeding system show that the bait feeding system and the throwing auxiliary device operate stably and realize the automatic feeding of the system with the feeding speed up to 230Kg/min.Compared with the artificial feeding time,The feeding efficiency of bait increased by75-80% and save 75% of the labor force,effectively improve the bait feeding efficiency of deep water cage,and save the labor force and bait feeding time.Using precise bait feeding strategy,the amount of bait is more reasonable than that of artificial feeding,which reduces the waste of bait.It is convenient to manage aquaculture data,effectively improve the baiting benefit of deep water cage,and meet the needs of fine aquaculture.
