Mung bean is one of main grain crops and having the important status in China, the occurrence of diseases is the main reason for the decline of quality and production of mung bean. Recently, there are less reports on the study of mung bean’s disease, including disease epidemic situation, some disease pathogen. Investigating mung bean disease epidemic situation in major production areas of Heilongjiang Province can provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of diseases, and stabilization of the production of green beans. In the paper the mung bean diseases were investigatied, the disease pathogens were identified, main diseases were controlled by fungicide control in major production areas of Heilongjiang Province, the following main results are as follows:1. 17 kinds of diseases were investigated and identified in 2014 and 2015, among them, 10 belongs to fungal diseases, 3 belongs to bacterial diseases, 1 belongs to virus disease, 1 belongs to plants parasitic of seed, 2 belongs to physiological diseases during mung bean’s field investigation; The disease occured at different extent in different mung bean areas, root rot(Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht, F. solani(Mart) Sacc, F. avenaceum(Corda &Fr.)Sacc., F. semitectum Brek.&Rav.), ring rot(Sphaerotheca astragali Junell var. astragali Svensk), powdery mildew(Ascochyta phaseolorum Sacc.), red spot(Cercospora canescens Ellis W.Martin), bacterial diseases, virus disease were widespread, and some of diseases were in a bad way in individual regions.2. To select efficient, low poison, security agents for the prevention and control of mung bean root rot, pot and field screening tests were carried out, the results showed that 25%Thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M FS and 25g/LFludioxonil FS was security for the growth of mung bean, and the seed amount was 0.2% and 0.3%, the prevention and effect of treatment is better, the duration is length. The best effect of treatment and the length duration was 25%Thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M FS and the seed amount was 0.3%. The control efficacy was 84.9% and 51.7% against the disease at 10 th day, and 30 th day after sprout of seeding emerge, respectively.3. Through field plot experiment of prevention and control against diseases in leaves of mung bean, the results showed that, the best control efficacy of protective fungicide was 50% Captan WP, the spraying quantity is 3000g/hm2 for powdery mildew, the control efficiency is 83.2%. The best control efficacy of protective fungicide was 80% Mancozeb WP, the spraying quantity was 1875~2250 g/hm2 for ring rot, the control efficiency was 100%; Better control effect systemic and yield improvement of triazole fungicide was 75% Trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole WG for ring rot. Control efficiency and yield was 79.7% and 1282.1kg/hm2, respectively.
