With dynamic development of agriculture-related technology, the intelligent of agriculture facility has become an indispensable part of agriculture modernization. Meanwhile, the fast development of computer technology promotes the great improvement of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) in simulation which spurs to revolution in many industries. By applying CFD in the greenhouse environment research, it is helpful to accurate measurement and control of agriculture greenhouse management system, furthermore to realize the intelligentized and precision management of greenhouse, to reduce the power consumption of greenhouse and increase the output and quality of agricultural products.This paper takes the sunlight greenhouse of Harbin Changlinghu modern agricultural garden as study object to research the environment measurement and control system of greenhouse which is based on CFD method and its realization. By simulating the temperature field in greenhouse with software based on CFD and analyzing data compares to the measured value, distribution rule of temperature field in greenhouse and CFD application feasibility will be discussed in this paper. According to the simulation results, the implement program of hard-and software module on temperature data collection and aeration cooling control can be designed, optimized and used in target greenhouse. Finally, at the end of this paper, the research result is summarized and the prospect of further study is forecast.
