Solar Greenhouse can effectively solve the demand for off-season vegetables of the people in North Cold, local governments pay more attention to the project of "vegetable basket". Through literature research of greenhouse environment monitoring and site research found in most existing solar greenhouse monitoring system using wired parameter acquisition and actuator control, there exists the problems of big wiring quantity, high economic costs, routine maintenance difficulties, changes or adjust collection nodes and complex; part of wireless monitoring system achieves a wireless monitoring greenhouse environment, but its less control of greenhouse environment. There is an urgent need to study and design greenhouse environment monitoring system suits the features of solar greenhouse.The system collects dates of air temperature, air humidity, soil temperature and soil moisture inside and outside the greenhouse uses ZigBee wireless acquisition device, and send the collect data to wireless data acquisition module KL-N4600. PLC as control core module with the date acquisition via Modbus-RTU communication reads the environment parameters of greenhouse and compares with the set value, thereby drives the actuator automatically adjusted. Upper computer uses configuration software MCGS to design, main functions are controlling actuator, showing the current status of the greenhouse environment, outputting reports and setting alarm, and so on. The article sums up the law of greenhouse natural ventilation controlling from natural ventilation tests, and designs greenhouse fuzzy controller based on the law as theoretical basis. Its fuzzy control algorithm implemented by PLC programming. In terms of greenhouse warming, the greenhouse existing hot water heating system is automatically controlled to ensure the greenhouse temperature uniformity of time, reducing the waste of energy or resources.The article researches and designs hardware integration of the system, programming of PLC and man-machine interface of the upper computer. Through the PLC program debugging and overall system functional tests to verify the system can achieve the design features, reliable running, simple operation and intuitive interface; By monitoring test of environmental factors, the system can meet the monitoring requirements of environmental factors in solar greenhouse. This study will promote crops output and income of solar greenhouse in north cold region, intelligent process to promote and achieve sustainable development strategy, improve greenhouse production capacity.
