In order to understand the effects of different combinations to De Meiya No.2 corn density growth development grain yield and quality. The experimental farms of agricultural science and Technology Park, in Bei An authority. The experimental use De Meiya No.2 and two general revolving combination grain design and under film drip irrigation method was applied to study the different fertilizer and density the combined effect on maize grain yield, based on establishing the mathematics model of the type of maize production regions, for high grain yield and high efficiency optimization scheme, in order to provide reference for high grain yield and high efficient cultivation techniques of maize, maize high grain yield potential. Test results showed that;20 height trends were consistent among treatments, while 100 d, height remained stable. Stem diameter decreases as the plant density increases, but increases with the increase of nitrogen.Maize LAI with the growth process of the plants were first increasing and then decreasing trends, when 80 d peaked after the emergence, and the population increase of corn leaf photosynthetic rate was gradually reduced the variation. Leaf SPAD value as the amount of nitrogen(X1), phosphorus(X2) and potassium(X3) increases, indicating that SPAD value of N(X1), P(X2) and K(X3) was a positive correlation between sexual relations and planting density(X4) a negative correlation.Among various processing mainly in the emergence of the growth rate of dry matter of corn after 50 d time difference, while arriving at the maximum growth rate began to quickly reduce the. To obtain the output of 12723.77 kg/hm2, nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and the optimal value range of planting density as follows: 250.77 ~ 287.63 kg/hm2 nitrogen, phosphate 138.98 ~ 158.02 kg/hm2, potash, 82.89 ~ 97.11 kg/hm2, planting density of 79800 ~ 85200 plants/hm2.Grain starch content and protein content were ascending as planting density increased, when the planting density of 93750 ~ 105000 plants/hm2, maize grain starch content began a declining trend. Grain to the variation in content of crude fat and crude protein content in grain starch content and change to the opposite. The fertilizer seems the impact on the quality.
