Aiming at the current aviation plant protection operation process, the high drift value of droplet, the less deposition and other issues, the domestic and foreign scholars combined electrostatic spray technology and aviation plant protection technology, design the air electrostatic spray equipment, in order to improve the droplets in the deposition on the surface of the crops.However, the existing aviation electrostatic spray equipment is based on the manned fixed-wing aircraft, the operation quality mainly depends on the pilot’s driving technology, and the requirement of the field geography condition is higher, the actual spray quality is difficult to be guaranteed. Therefore, this article based on multi-rotor UAV to design a set of electrostatic spray system.This paper mainly introduces the programs composition of UAV electrostatic spraying system first, and analysis the entire work process and working principle of the electrostatic spraying system in detail. With the research on charged manner and mechanism of electrostatic spray, the charging way of charged electrode has been determined. To use the conventional plant protection head to do the performance comparison experiment, the static head form has been determined. And established the mathematical model of the electrostatic sprayer of electricity, through the model test to find the key factors which influencing the load capacity, and use experiment to optimize the structure of the electrostatic spray parameters. In the laboratory to test the performance of electrostatic spray system, single factor test and orthogonal test is used to determine the optimal operation parameters of electrostatic spray system, and do experiment to validation.Through the orthogonal test, we can get the best parameter of electrostatic spraying system for unmanned aerial vehicle. The spraying pressure is 0.3 mpa, the spraying height is50 cm higher above the crops, the charging voltage of the electrostatic spraying is 9kv. The electrostatic spray experiment is performed indoor by using these parameter, and the droplets density is 208.4 / cm2. Based on the <Aviation plant protection operation specification>, wedo an experiment to test the electrostatic spraying performance on the outside. Meanwhile we designed a capture device help us finishing the experiment. Through the experiment, the UAV effective application width is 2.5m, average droplets deposition density is 133.8/cm2 on the top and 113.8/cm2 in the middle. The droplets deposition density is all improved in every single position than non-electrostatic spray. The above density rise 13.6%, the middle density rise 32.6%.Above all, The electrostatic spray droplets has improved the most in a lower place.It is testified that the electrostatic spraying system for unmanned aerial vehicle has good effect on improvement of the penetration of droplets and the pesticide acting on the plant’s concealment part. |
