In recent years,the cultivation techniques of dwarfing,close planting,preterm delivery and high harvest have been carried out in jujube orchards in Southern Xinjiang,and the basic goals of sowing in the first year,grafting in the second year and rapid and high yield have been achieved.However,the dwarf close planting jujube orchard has poor ventilation and light transmittance and high humidity in the field.,the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests has become an important factor restricting the healthy development of jujube industry.Because of the high efficiency,low cost and good spraying effect,the air plant protection machinerycan solve the problem that the ground machinery is difficult to operate in the densely planted jujube orchard,and is the preferred mode of operation for controlling large-scale outbreaks of diseases and insect pests.This paper takes the MG-1S plant protection UAV as the research object.Using indoor research and field experiments,we studied the spray parameters of MG-1S UAV,the selection of biological pesticides and auxiliaries for controlling fruit diseases,and the effects of biological pesticides and auxiliaries on the fruit quality of jujube.The main research contents and research results of this paper are as follows:1.Effects of spray parameters of MG-1S UAV on droplet deposition in Zizyphus jujuba canopyThe relationship between the droplet deposition uniformity in the upper,middle and lower parts of jujube canopy and the front and back of the blade was studied under the action of different flight altitude,flight speed,environmental parameters and different auxiliaries of MG-1S UAV.When the flight speed was 3.6m/s and the flight height was 1.5m,the deposition effect of fog drops on the canopy of jujube was the best.Meanwhile the best auxiliary agent with the best distribution uniformity was maidao.Therefore,in the operation of the MG-1S UAV,the recommended parameters of the spray operation are flying height 1.5m,flight speed 36.m/s,wind speed below 3 m/s,adding auxiliaries to Mai Dao,at this time,the MG-1S type UAV has good spray effect and good control effect on jujube diseases.2.Effect of three kinds of biological pesticides on controlling fruit diseases of jujube in MG-1S UAVSpraying with 0.5% chitosan,5% amino-oligosaccharin and 80% allicin,the best control effect on jujube fruit diseases was 0.5% chitosan water agent,which was more effective than theother two biological pesticides.Three kinds of biological pesticides were sprayed on jujube at flowering stage,and the effect of 0.5% chitosan on the rate of flower abscission was basically the same as that of spraying water on the rate of flower abscission,and the differences were not significant.It is indicated that the use of 0.5% chitosan in the flowering period of jujube had no effect on the rate of flower abscission.Field control results showed that the addition of adjuvants had obvious synergistic effect on the control of jujube fruit diseases on the basis of reducing the dosage of three kinds of biopesticides by 20%.By the comparison,Maidao had the best control effect on Jujube black spot,anthracnose,cracked fruit and fruit shrink disease.and it was similar to the chemical pesticide 70%mancozeb.The experimental results of the influence of additives on the physical characteristics of three kinds of biological pesticides showed that: Maidao had the greatest effect on the distribution and surface tension of the three biopesticides,which was consistent with the field efficacy test results.0.5% chitosan water was selected as the first choice to prevent and control the disease,and the mixture of Maidao and chitosan bio-pesticide was recommended to achieve ideal control effect on jujube fruit diseases.3.Effects of spraying biological pesticides on the fruit nutritional composition of MG-1S UAV0.5% chitosan water added 5 additives were spraye in the field by on the five periods of leaves,flowers,white ripening,color transformation and harvesting of jujube.The results showed that the contents of reducing sugar,vitamin C,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn in jujube fruits sprayed with0.5% chitosan were significantly higher than those in water.When the dosage of biopesticides was reduced by 20%,the contents of reducing sugar,vitamin C,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn in jujube fruits were significantly increased by adding Maifei,Hongyuyan,Kuozhanwang and Maidao.The content of reducing sugar was the highest when Maidao was added,and the content of vitamin C,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn was the highest when Maifei was added.The results showed that the addition of Maifei and Maidao with 0.5% chitosan had significant effect on improving the quality of jujube fruit and was suitable for popularization and application in production.
