The experiment selected Longjiang 981 flue-cured tobacco as experimental material. By under natural conditions in the field observation and determination of the leaf physiological indexes in the process of growth and development of Flue-cured Tobacco under crop rotation and continuous cropping system, agronomic traits,diseases and insect pests and disease probability, root growth and development status,chemical composition and cured of main economic traits.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Round processing of leaf net photosynthetic rate is high. R7 photo synthetic rate was higher than that of R8, and treatment of 29% showed significant differences,higher chlorophyll content. Leaf area index performance is good, the R2 is 26% higher than the R8 processing. For flue-cured tobacco leaves dry matter accumulation, the main source is the leaf photosynthesis, althoughtobacco production has a direct link with the number of leaves. But crop cultivation also significantly affects the yield and quality of tobacco.2 Continuous cropping of flue-cured tobacco may cause certain soil nutrients loss and blade of continuous cropping significantly less than other processing. In addition,plant height is also lower. The rootsprovide nutritional deficiencies. Continuous cropping lines is only R1 84.2%significant differences, due to leaf area directly affects the flue-cured tobacco production. Therefore, the indirect also affects economic efficiency of flue-cured tobacco planting. Found in the experimental investigation of disease, climate spot has become the most emphasis on the dangers of tobacco infectious disease. Discuss the technology to prevent outbreak diseases in a large area and to improve the quality and yield of tobacco are very important.3.Rotation on flue-cured tobacco root system growth development is mainly manifested in the total root length, total volume and the number of root tips, compared with other treatments, and rotation of the root growth advantage evident. Continuous cropping of flue-cured tobacco root growth development and the effects of the dynamic index are very obvious. Throughcomparing our four treatments, root volume R7 processing was 32 percent higher than continuous treatment. R7 processing maturity than rosette stage root number increased by 51% that reasonable crop rotation system, help on flue-cured tobacco root growth and development in order to increasing flue-cured tobacco quality and increasing output to create favorable conditions.4 The medium rate and orange smoke rate of tobacco after baking tobacco smoke is low, single leaf weight of small, yield and output value of low.R8 the mu yield was the lowest, only- 181 kg mu- 1. Compared with different cultivation ways of tobacco,main chemical components shows that different cultivation methods, the nicotine content is not same, and nitrogen, potassium content exist difference. The nicotine contents the rotation of the lower leaves, potassium chloride suitable ratio, reducing sugar content, potassium content, sugar nicotine ratio, and alkali nitrogen is more appropriate, chemical composition is more coordination.
