Through the culture of the late-bolting variety R-1 in the climatic chambers and the culture of 7 varieties(R-1 Koleichi Ryokei Kidney-king Spring-general.. Dongnong- 901 .. Taijing-45) in condition of production, seven development stages(with the morphological character of shoot apex) were divided: SO Si 52 S3 S4.. 55.. S6, during the period of development of floral organ and floral stalk. These stages usually occur in a proper order. The results of experiment2 and experiment4 show: floral organ formation and floral- stalk formation are two physiological process; the suitable conditions of temperature and light for each one are very different. A certain given low-temperature is necessary for the transition from vegetation growth to reproduction growth; a relatively high temperature is good for the formation of floral organ and floral stalk. The vernalized plants can finish the development stages of floral organ and floral stalk, no matter long-day or short-day. The short-day ( I 2hId) is very important for the development of floral stalk. The strong light-intensity is good for the development of floral organ and floral stalk; when the light-intensity fell below 2500Lux, the plants?development of floral organ and floral stalk was inhibited. In all the condition, the development of floral stalk is always occurs after the development of floral organ. on short-day condition, the start of development of floral stalk is later I Od than that of floral organ; and the finish of differentiation of floral stalk is later 6d to floral organ抯. The protein P14 and PlO (on short-day condition) disappear when the development of flora] stalk and flora] organ begin, at the same time, P5 and p9 appear. Seven kinds of protein(P4 P6 P7 P8 P11 P12 P13), the variation of their content is very violent. The changes of total protein content are similar when plants grow from SO to S2. No matter experiment2. 1 or experiment2.2, the change of protein (from S2 to S5) are different in the essence. these shown: the finish of development of floral stalk and flora! organ is controlled by two ways of phsiology and biochemy.
