| In this paper, the application of magnetic technology in the field of agriculture and the mechanism of the effect of magnetic field on plant were narrated comprehensively . In addition the related main drought-resistance index of alfalfa were classified. The test is designed to determine the magnetic effect on two local varieties of alfalfa: Dingxi and Qingyang alfalfa. Such index as the germination rate in PEG solution, radicle / plumule , root depth/plant height ,survival rate after repeatedly drought-treatment, survival rate after absolute drought-treatment, field emergence rate ,root density ,RWC ,the content of chlorophyll, the activity of peroxides were tested under the combination of O.1T, O.2T O.3T O.4T by pomin,2Omin ,3Omin. The results indicated that A2B2, A3B2and A2B1were the optimum combination for Qingyang alralra; A3132 A3B1and A2B3the combination for Dingxi alfalfa optimum. |
